GROCERY ESSENTIALS FOR RAMADAN

 

Your first step towards eating healthy! Here we have compiled a list of what we believe are essentials for Ramadan. These healthy options are what we recommend you keep in your kitchen. Throughout the month of Ramadan we will have an optional meal plan, where we will be mixing and matching the below items.  Take on the challenge and follow our meal plans while fulfilling your nutritional needs. Don’t forget to fill up your kitchen! (Quantity of items will vary based on each individual’s daily calorie intake.
